Welcome to In Search Of Yummy-ness, a food-centric lifestyle blog that explores home cooking, suburban gardening, and seasonal living.
Most of what you’ll find here are recipes inspired by my family dinners at home, meals out with my friends, and dishes I’ve discovered in my travels. My cooking style is simple, relatively healthy, and (usually) made with ingredients you can find at most groceries. I believe cooking should be fun and satisfying – not stressful!
I’ve also started sharing my suburban gardening adventures on here. I worked in a garden centre for three summers and picked up a few tips here and there. I love to explore and experiment in my garden, so be sure to check out my garden diaries to see what I’m up to.

Work With Me

I worked with Chef La-toya Fagon to create a series of fun, tropical images that showed off the line of jerk products from Grace Food Canada. The images were used on the Grace Foods website, and in both print and digital media outlets, including the Toronto Sun.

On May 25, 2015 bartenders from across Canada competed in the largest national mixology event in Toronto. I photographed the contestants and their unique cocktails for a Yahoo Style Canada featured slide show.
